Group Rules


Respect one another

Everyone has a different point of view so feel free to respectfully disagree. Please be kind and courteous at all times.

Meal Posting Rules:

Max 3 meal posts per week (drinks do not count as meals). You can post your own meals or use meals provided by the coach. Coach will comment with suggestions or tips to help you improve. To earn points, meals must be posted in the official group.

Daily Workout Check-In

Post one workout check-in each day to track your progress and stay motivated.

Stay Consistent:

Commit to daily habits that push you closer to your goals—nutrition and exercise go hand-in-hand!

In-Person Participants:

Must check in for each training session to earn points. Use the gym’s designated check-in method (e.g., app) Must complete monthly progress measurements (inches & weight) for bonus points.

Online Participants:

Must complete their daily workout using the program provided. Must submit a short daily questionnaire to confirm completion and track effort. Meal and progress rules apply the same as in-person.

Points System

Action Points ✅ Post in group 3x/week (max) 15 pts/week 🏋️ In-Person: Check in a training session 20 pts/session 💻 Online: Complete daily workout + questionnaire 20 pts/day 📉 1 pound lost 10 pts/lb 📏 1 inch lost 10 pts/inch
