Our Small Group Personal Training is built for all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced lifters, who want the structure of personal training with the energy and affordability of a group setting. These sessions focus on strength training, lean muscle development, performance, mobility, and flexibility—helping you build a body that’s strong, capable, and resilient.
​Each group is capped at 5 clients per session, allowing for structured monthly programming that is fully adaptable to the individual. Every session is coached from start to finish to ensure proper technique, safety, and progression, while improving movement quality and joint health so you can train safely and confidently long-term.
