At Stews Performance, I specialize in helping everyday people burn fat, build strength, and feel more confident in their bodies through structured semi-private training.

My small group sessions combine the energy of a class with the coaching and accountability of personal training. You’ll train alongside a supportive community of people who are working toward similar goals — improving their health, building strength, and staying consistent.

My Training is perfect for individuals who want guidance, motivation, and a proven training structure without being lost in a large class.

The Mentorship Program is designed for certified trainers and aspiring coaches who want real-world experience beyond certifications. This hands-on program bridges the gap between knowledge and execution by placing mentors directly inside a working fitness facility.

Our Small Group Personal Training delivers the structure of personal coaching with the energy of a team. Each session is intentionally programmed to build strength, burn body fat, improve mobility, and elevate overall performance—without sacrificing form or individual attention.

Our Athletic Training program focuses on developing strong, fast, and resilient athletes. Training is sport-specific and performance-driven, emphasizing strength, power, speed, agility, mobility, and injury prevention.
