Cancellation Policy
At Stews Performance, we are committed to providing a positive and fair experience for all our members. To ensure everyone has the opportunity to participate, we ask that members follow the guidelines below regarding cancellations: Cancellation Notice: We kindly ask that members cancel their reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. This allows other members the chance to book a spot in the training session. Late Cancellations: If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, we understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly. However, we encourage members to cancel as early as possible to ensure class availability for others. No-Show Policy: If a member does not cancel and does not attend the session, we will record the absence. A $10 fee will be applied, repeated no-shows may result in a temporary suspension of booking privileges for training sessions. This is to ensure fairness and accessibility for all members. Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please inform us directly via mobile app or email, and we will handle the situation with the appropriate flexibility. Waitlist Policy: If sessions are full, members can join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, members will be notified by mobile app & email, and they will have 30 min to confirm their attendance. Membership Suspension: In cases where a member repeatedly fails to cancel and does not attend, Stews Performance may temporarily suspend the member's booking privileges for training sessions to allow other members fair access.
